When you are ready to pick up your RV, we require at least 24 hours notice so we can safely pull out your motorhome and complete our trip preparation for you which is included in your rent.

Trip Preparation Includes:

• Exterior wash with spot free water including windows, wheels and tires
• Check the batteries and charge them if needed
• Check the tire pressure and fill if needed
• Start your refrigerator on request
• Fill freshwater on request

Once this is all completed your RV will then be parked in our secure staging area ready for you to pick up any time, day or night. If you would like to leave a car with us while you are using your motorhome, there are designated spaces available in the staging area. Upon your return, feel free to use the dump station in the staging area if you need to then simply park your RV in one of the available spots. We will then safely park it back into our secure indoor or outdoor storage area. Since we park every motorhome, we eliminate the need for you to worry about any kind of damage caused by others. We take pride in every RV that is stored here and is personally tended to like it is our own.
